     Title: My Sister's Watch
My sister gave me a watch.
I do not remember her ever
giving me anything before,
at least nothing like that.
Now I wear that watch
nearly every day.

The crystal is chipped
and has two deep scratches,
one is really a gouge.

I don't believe it will last
long enough for Dan to inherit.
I have my grandfather's watch
but that does not work.

My sister's watch works
and I wear it almost every day.
